Depending on the HR area of assignment, the trainee will be expected to carry out under supervision the following duties:
Support the execution of HR projects, processes, communications, and other strategic initiatives;
Support and provide assistance for all aspects of selection and recruitment processes;
Support various HR operations and services for staff;
Provide assistance with relocation support as needed;
Support performance management activities as needed;
Support the provision of all employees’ Learning & Development events;
Provide other administrative support upon need and requirements (e.g. assisting the HR team in document and file management).
The area of assignment within HR may change as required by the Agency’s needs
