Energy Engineer

We are seeking a proactive, curious, and passionate Energy Engineer to join our team and make a significant impact in the field of renewable energy. As part of our engineering division, you will design, test, and optimize photovoltaic systems and components. You’ll contribute directly to advancing our mission of delivering lightweight, high-performance solar solutions for space and earth.

• Design and optimize photovoltaic systems to maximize efficiency and power output
• Support R&D efforts, integrating new materials and technologies into innovative solar panel designs
• Develop and implement strategies for energy storage and power management systems
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, design justifications, and specifications
• Use simulation software to model system performance and implement data-driven enhancements
• Hands-on testing and validation of photovoltaic systems to ensure functionality, reliability, and durability
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in photovoltaic technology and share insights with the team

Essential qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Energy Engineering or related fields, with a focus on photovoltaic technologies.
• Knowledge of solar cell technology, energy storage systems, and power management principles.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex projects independently.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with fluency in English (oral and written).

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with simulation and design software for photovoltaic engineering.
• Familiarity with encapsulation processes, polymeric materials, and their role in solar panel durability and efficiency.
• Understanding of industry standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements for photovoltaic systems.
