Your mission

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Research & Development (R&D) Intern to join our team. 

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the aerospace industry, working on exciting projects that have the potential to make a significant impact.

The R&D Intern will assist in various research and development tasks, supporting the design, SW development, testing, and implementation of innovative blockchain-based technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct reviews and market research to identify emerging trends and technologies in aerospace and blockchain areas.

  • Analyze technical papers, patents, and industry reports to gather relevant data and insights.

• Design and Development:

  • Assist in the conceptualisation, design and PoC preparation of software components and systems.

  • Use UML software to create detailed design models, drawings, diagrams and mockups.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative solutions for technical challenges.

• Prototyping and Testing:

  • Conduct experiments and tests to evaluate the performance and reliability of prototypes.

  • Collect and analyze test data, preparing detailed reports on findings and recommendations.

• Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and research reports.

  • Present research findings and project updates to the DEV team members and other stakeholders.

• Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with SW engineers, DevOps, SW Architects, and other team members to ensure project goals are met.

  • Participate in team meetings, providing input and feedback on ongoing projects.

• Innovation and Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for product improvements and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency of our products.

  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in blockchain technology and contribute ideas for new projects.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated individual with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with prototyping and testing methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project experience in the aerospace or blockchain industry.
• DevOps or IT Administration experience (Linux systems, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with programming languages (Javascript, NodeJS, Python, Golang) is a big plus
