Latitudo 40 employs the latest developments in artificial intelligence to analyze satellite data and brings insights from earth observation data to clients in the enterprise sector. For its rapid expansion, Latitudo 40 is seeking an exceptional global leader for its sales team to build, grow, and lead the organization in both current and future industries of Latitudo 40.
Our CRO will be an integral part of Latitudo 40's top management, working closely with the CEO and COO to further develop Latitudo 40's strategy and vision.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Contribute to Latitudo 40's international expansion by being at the forefront of growth and success with our clients;
- Be part of our leadership team and work strategically to steer and increase the visibility of Latitudo 40;
- Build our international sales team and sales structures;
- Coordinate and manage our sales strategies, our sales pipeline, and optimize sales cycles for the distribution of our SaaS solution to enterprise customers;
- Inspire customers with our work by conducting successful product demos and presenting at international conferences;
- Manage and optimize the entire sales cycle from cost-effective lead generation to final conversion;
- Take leadership responsibility for the sales team with people (FTEs) in areas of Customer Success, Performance Marketing & Content Marketing;
- Develop and implement effective and scalable sales processes including effective CRM use, implement, measure, and optimize KPIs.
YOUR PROFILE
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales management;
- Core experience in B2B enterprise sales of SaaS solutions with add-on service offerings;
- Additional diverse experience in B2B SMB sales, B2B marketing, and partnership-driven sales;
- Proven experience in leading sales organizations that sell multiple products into multiple industries simultaneously;
- Strong analytical skills, proven experience in working with/setting up sales analytics frameworks, ability/ experience in communicating with internal and external stakeholders;
- Ambition to develop a differentiated company-wide sales strategy and to influence the overall company strategy;
- Hands-on mentality paired with a drive for pragmatic execution.
