At LASAR, we develop powerful ground-based lasers to actively remove space debris and reboot non-communicating nanosatellites directly in orbit. In 2024, we successfully launched our own satellite LASARsat, to validate our concepts in real space conditions. Our mission directly tackles the growing threat of orbital congestion and offers a sustainable, cost-effective solution for space debris and Kessler Syndrome. We proudly collaborate with Czech leading institutions like HiLASE, VZLÚ, and TechSoft, and our work has been internationally recognized with awards in Conrad Challenge, Moonshot Awards and other competitions. As a bold and rapidly growing Czech team, we are redefining the future of orbital traffic management.
