As a participant in the “Make Pianista Sing” challenge, you will be a Frontend Developer working with simulated real-world requirements. Your mission is to design and implement a user interface for Pianista, VisionSpace’s internal planning tool in satellite operations.
This is a unique opportunity to apply your frontend skills in a space-tech context, working with realistic API structures and design constraints inspired by actual mission planning environments.
You’ll gain experience in transforming complex backend data into intuitive, user-friendly visual interfaces, contributing to a tool that simplifies satellite control workflows.
Design and build a simulated frontend interface for Pianista, VisionSpace’s internal mission planning tool.
Work with a provided API structure and create intuitive, efficient UI flows.
Apply best practices in user experience and responsive design.
Present your submission by August 15, to be evaluated by the VisionSpace technical team.

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — experience with React or similar frameworks is a plus.
Understanding of API integration and basic UI/UX principles.
Ability to work independently and deliver clean, well-structured code.
Curious, proactive, and eager to apply skills in a real-world, space-tech context.
Must be a resident in Europe and eligible for an Erasmus+.
