We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Portugal, reporting to the New Products & Services Manager
in the Innovation Department.

Responsible for activities associated with Customer Support and Project Management.
The duties and responsibilities of the job include, but are not limited to:
▪ Manage Innovation Projects related with the development of New EO-based Products & Services;
▪ Ensure end-to-end management (scope, planning, implementation, resources, reporting) and its alignment
with the company objectives;
▪ Ensure that innovation projects lead to new solutions to address users and customers needs;
▪ Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, KPIs, and compliance with customers and
internal conditions;
▪ Support the preparation of new proposals.

Qualifications

▪ Bachelor's or master’s degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Earth Sciences, or a related field);
▪ Understanding of remote sensing technologies, geospatial data, and Earth observation applications;
▪ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
▪ Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into successful product features;
▪ Familiarity with agile development methodologies;
▪ Strategic thinking and ability to align product initiatives with business goals.

Experience Requirements

▪ Engineer with experience managing innovation and technology-driven projects, ideally related to data,
geospatial, and EO products;
▪ Taking projects ideas from ideas and/or prototypes to products;
▪ Coordination of multidisciplinary teams and in working in fast-paced innovation environments;
▪ Preferable, experience in Security and Defence related projects;
▪ Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the Earth observation or geospatial industry;
▪ Experience replaces training.
