Alongside its own development programmes, ArcSpace leads work in collaborative European R&D projects with industrial and research partners. We are looking for a systems engineer with experience leading collaborative R&D projects to run this work day to day, from hardware development and testing to demonstration, and to take a hands-on role in integration and testing.

As ArcSpace moves its technology from the laboratory towards flight, we are looking for a confirmed mechatronics engineer to develop, operate and improve our vacuum test infrastructure, and to strengthen the electronics and control of our hardware development.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Launch  Mission Manager is a key role in the growth and sustainability of RIDE!. The Launch Mission Manager is managing from early capabilities studies to successful launch campaign delivery and considers all necessary trades and ensures end-to-end launch success. Launch Mission Managers serve as experts performing all activities from pre-launch analysis to the Launch. The Launch Mission Manager also excels across a breadth of functions including systems:  Engineering; Requirements verification; Project management; Proposal development; Mission analyses. The Mission Manager works directly with the clients and in synergy with the Business department as Technical Support and takes completely the lead once the Launch Service Agreement is signed.

A core task for EUSPA is security of the EU Space Programme. The Security Authority (SAU) Department proactively contributes to the fulfilment of the missions of the Agency by providing the security expertise to (1) ensure that the components of the Space Programme are defined, implemented and exploited securely, (2) achieve successful security accreditation of the components of the Programme, (3) ensure a wide, secure and sustainable use of the services provided by the different components, (4) ensure the protection of classified information. In particular, the Galileo Security Monitoring Centre (GSMC) Local Security Office (LSO) implements and monitors the correct implementation of the applicable security rules, as laid down by the Agency security rules equivalent to Commission Decision (EU, Euratom) 2015/444. In coordination with the Central Security Office (CSO) and the Security Offices of the other Agency sites, the GSMC LSO supports the functions of the Security Authority...

The Security Operations and Monitoring Department (SOM) undertakes security operations (incl. security monitoring and cyber-defence at the Security Operations Centre and Public Regulated Service (PRS) provision) and monitoring (incl. performance assessment) of all ground and space elements of the Union Space Programme component. It will ensure the readiness of the corresponding operational teams and infrastructure through the continuous operations of the Galileo Security Monitoring Centre (GSMC) and the Galileo Reference Centre (GRC) facilities, with the support of teams from other departments, to ensure the daily effective implementation of the Security Operations and Monitoring functions.
